Invidoo – a complete webapp built from concept to launch

Invidoo is a new Danish digital service for creating and sending online invitations. Webgenius was responsible for the entire solution – from concept and design to backend, frontend, integrations and launch. The project was developed over the course of a year and includes both a modern user experience and a technically advanced platform built to scale.

User journey: step-by-step flow from design selection to editing, envelope, background, details and guest list.
Personal guest pages: each guest gets a unique page with RSVP, comments and live status tracking.
Business model: freemium + premium with Stripe integration and tiered pricing based on guest count.
Technology: GatsbyJS frontend, WordPress backend with GraphQL and REST, Redux Toolkit and Apollo Client.
Custom features: bitmap rendering for card/envelope previews, duplicate guest detection and advanced access control.

Outcome

Invidoo provides users with an easy yet powerful way to create and manage invitations. From visual editing of cards to guest list management and response tracking, the platform is both a creative tool and an administration system. Built with scalability in mind, Invidoo is ready to expand with new features, languages and campaigns.
